Spray Foam Projects

Spray foam insulation is a high-performance insulation system that expands on contact to seal gaps, cracks, and hard-to-reach areas within a building. Unlike traditional insulation, spray foam creates both a thermal barrier and an air seal, helping prevent drafts, moisture intrusion, and energy loss.

By tightly bonding to surfaces, spray foam improves indoor comfort, reduces heating and cooling costs, and helps control humidity and air quality. It also adds structural strength and limits the entry of allergens and pests.

Used in residential, commercial, and industrial buildings, spray foam insulation delivers long-lasting efficiency, superior performance, and a tighter, more comfortable structure year-round.

Over the years Superior Polymer has insulated full homes, garages, attics, commercial buildings, crawlspaces, rim joists and more! Benefits of having Spray Foam Insulation over insulations like fiberglass and cellulose are astronomical. Spray foam insulation doesn’t just insulate—it seals. Open Cell and Closed Cell foam expands on impact and fills all cracks, gaps, and hard to reach places unlike cellulose and fiberglass. Foam insulation also has much higher energy efficiency because of its air-sealing abilities it has a higher R-value per inch which significantly reduces energy usage creating lower heating and cooling bills.

Many people worry about mold and how spray foam will create mold which is a false statement. The foam itself cannot create mold although improper installation, moisture entrapment, or contamination can. Our professionally trained employees ensure all jobs are properly prepped and dry before installation. Along with proper preparation is ensuring that the ratio for the Isocyanate and Polyol Resin is correct and stays consistent, which is not an issue as our sprayers are regulated by pressure and will shut down as soon as the pressure is imbalanced.
