W.C. Cameron Elementary School Addition (October 2012)
Project Description: Addition to the elementary school.
Insulation Details: Sprayed 2" of Heatlok Soy closed cell foam against 5,500 square feet of CMU wall.
Raco Work Center Office (April 2012)
Project Description: Raco Work Center Office for the USDA Forest Service
Insulation Details: Sprayed 5¼" of Heatlok Soy closed cell foam in all exterior walls and rim joist
Adams Township Jeffers High School (October 2011)
Project Description: Existing 4,050 square foot natatorium with moisture issues from the high humidity given off by the heated pool.
Insulation Details: 4" of Heatlok Soy closed cell foam was sprayed down onto the ceiling of the natatorium and 3" of Heatlok Soy was applied to the gymnasium wall that comes in contact with the attic space of the natatorium.
Big Powderhorn Mountain Resort (October 2011)
Project Description: New 20,000 square foot resort
Insulation Details: Sprayed 4" of Heatlok Soy closed cell foam on the interior of the exterior Dens Glass Sheeting. Pump filled behind supports with Sealection 500 open cell foam where there was restricted access.
Keweenaw Brewing Company (May 2011)
South Range, MI
Project Description: Existing 5,400 square foot brewery with extreme condensation issues due to the fiberglass insulation failing to stop the warm air from coming in contact with the metal components of the roof system in the winter.
Insulation Details: Removed existing fiberglass insulation from underside of roof deck. Applied 8" of Sealection 500 open cell foam directly against underside of roof sheet metal. The foam was to be left exposed so it was painted with Blazelok TB which is a prescribed thermal barrier for Sealection 500.
Iron County Historical Museum (October 2010)
Project Description: 6,000 square feet single story metal building.
Insulation Details: Injected 6" of Sealection 500 open cell foam in exterior walls and sprayed 6" of Sealection 500 against roof deck.
War Memorial Medical Office Building (December 2009)
Sault Saint Marie, MI
Project Description: 40,000 square foot total space at a completed cost of $9.6 million
Insulation Details: Sprayed Sealection 500 open cell foam at approximately 14" thick to fill up cavities behind I-Beams and entire wall area was completed by spraying 2" of Heatlok Soy closed cell foam.
Houghton County Ice Arena (August 2009)
Project Description: Existing ice arena with drastic condensation issues on 8,500 square feet of roof deck. This was due to the fiberglass insulation failing to stop the warm inside air from reaching the metal components of the roof system in the winter.
Insulation Details: Removed existing fiberglass insulation from underside of roof deck. Applied 6" of Sealection 500 open cell spray foam directly against underside of roof sheet metal.
